The Gaming Boardroom (TGB) is operated by Fulwood Media Ltd. Everything we sell- our individual tools, bundles, TGB Quarterly Intelligence reports, the All Access Pass and Expert Sessions- is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to physically return. This policy covers refunds instead, and it sets out your rights alongside them.
Tools, bundles and Quarterly Intelligence reports
These are delivered instantly on purchase as downloadable files. Under UK consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase, but that right ends as soon as you begin downloading, provided you have acknowledged this at checkout. In practice, this means we are not able to offer a refund once a tool, bundle or report has been downloaded or accessed.
If you have not yet downloaded your purchase, contact us at hello@thegamingboardroom.com within 14 days of your order, and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
If a file will not open, is corrupted, or isn’t the item you ordered, we’ll fix it. Tell us what happened and we will send a working copy or the correct file. If we cannot resolve it, we will refund you.
All Access Pass
The All Access Pass is a recurring subscription, billed individually, by team or at the enterprise level, and it gives you access to every tool, bundle and report in the TGB library from the day it starts, not gradually over the year. Because that access is available in full immediately, All Access Pass purchases are non-refundable, whichever tier you choose and however soon after purchase you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, but we don’t refund the current or any past billing period, whether or not you have downloaded anything.
Expert Sessions
An Expert Session pairs you with a named vertical expert who reviews your completed tool and builds a session around it, starting with a non-disclosure agreement between you and either TGB or the expert. Because the fee covers the expert’s own time and, where applicable, the cost of the tool itself, an Expert Session cannot be refunded once the NDA is signed or the expert has begun their review. If you need to cancel before that point, contact us and we will refund you in full.
Partnerships, sponsorship and consultancy
Partnership, sponsorship and consultancy arrangements with TGB are agreed individually and set out in their own signed agreement. Refunds and cancellation for these are governed by the terms of that agreement, not by this policy.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
