Important: If you plan to join The Gaming Boardroom membership, you must read these terms and conditions in full before purchasing.
Our core ethos for The Gaming Boardroom is to provide a source of intelligence for gaming leadership groups. To help them improve performance for themselves, their teams and their organizations by giving them access to various insights on global business intelligence. From the outset, this document details how we will deliver our services to you.
Membership Terms & Conditions: Key Details
These Terms cannot be varied, and in proceeding to purchase the Membership, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms. The Terms set out below apply to the services offered by The Gaming Boardroom.
The Parties
These Terms constitute a contract between The Gaming Boardroom (“We”) and you (“You”). In this contract, The Gaming Boardroom has a clear understanding of who You are and your contact details. Once enrolled, your Membership is personal to you, and you may not transfer it to someone else.
The Service
Our service commitment to you involves providing:
- Access to exclusive content and resources on our platform
- Participation in member-only events and discussions
- Networking opportunities with industry professionals
- Regular insights and intelligence on the gaming industry
Payment Terms
Membership fees are paid in advance. We offer different membership tiers:
- Free Membership: No payment required, basic access to selected content
- Pro Membership: £490 per year, full access to content and events
- Elite Membership: £1,500 per year, all Pro benefits plus exclusive features
All fees are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling off period, except where required by law.
Auto-Renewal
Paid memberships automatically renew at the end of each membership period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send you a reminder email at least 14 days before renewal.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time by contacting hello@fulwoodmedia.com. Cancellation must be received at least 7 days before your renewal date to prevent the next payment.
Access & Availability
We strive to make our platform available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access temporarily for:
- Maintenance and updates
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Security concerns
We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance where possible.
Membership Benefits & Content
The specific benefits included in each membership tier may change over time as we add new features or remove outdated ones. We will notify members of significant changes.
Content and resources are provided for your personal professional development only. You may not:
- Share login credentials with others
- Download or distribute content to non-members
- Use content for commercial purposes without permission
Events & Live Sessions
Some membership tiers include access to live events, webinars, and exclusive sessions. Event details, including dates and times, will be communicated via email and on the platform.
If you cannot attend a live session, recordings will be made available where possible within 48 hours. However, we cannot guarantee recordings for all sessions due to technical limitations.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your membership if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse or harass other members or staff
- Use the platform in ways that harm our business or reputation
You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refund will be provided for unused portions of your membership period (except during the 14-day cooling off period).
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT MEMBERSHIP
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes, you can change your membership tier at any time by contacting hello@fulwoodmedia.com. When upgrading, you’ll pay the pro-rated difference. When downgrading, the change will take effect at your next renewal date.
What happens if I miss a live session?
If you cannot attend live, recordings will be made available within 48 hours where possible. We aim to record all sessions, but technical issues may occasionally prevent this. No refunds are available for missed sessions.
What if I am ill during the Membership?
If you are ill for an extended period, please let us know at hello@fulwoodmedia.com, and we will support you wherever we can, which may include pausing your membership in exceptional circumstances.
Is the Membership suitable for everyone?
The Membership is best suited for those who are currently in a boardroom position within an operator or supplier company in the gaming industry, or those working towards a boardroom position.
Can I share my membership with colleagues?
No, memberships are personal and non-transferable. Each person requires their own individual membership. We offer group discounts for organizations wanting multiple memberships – contact us for details.
How do I cancel my membership?
Email hello@fulwoodmedia.com with “Membership Cancellation” in the subject line. Include your name and membership details. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
